We have found that many people that we help, unintentionally get into unhelpful patterns of noticing things in life that are probably the opposite of glimmers (like a trigger), so we look at this as switching this energy, that is already in constant use, for something much more helpful.
By actively looking for glimmers, it retrains our brain to focus on the joy rather than look for danger. If you are already in a great place and happily notice glimmers when they show up, then that's really great. The main thing is that you do what feels good and right for you.
